Who controls your data

What we collect

Everything below comes from you, either directly or through using the service.

• Account: email address, name, profile picture and Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
• Assessment: relationship status and history, goals, challenges, values, deal-breakers, emotional profile, communication style, personality traits, readiness, age, gender and location — all optional except where marked.
• Coaching: your messages to the coach, task responses, reflections, saved insights, and summaries the system writes about your sessions.
• Usage: which days you used the service, your progress through the programme (including when a stage closed and when the next one opens), attempts to open a locked stage or a paid plan, checkouts started and purchases, and your language and coach preferences. This is kept by us alone, never passed to a third party, and deleted with your account.
• Billing: subscription status and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

This is sensitive material

A coaching conversation about your relationships is personal in a way that most app data is not. We treat it that way. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers listed below who are needed to make the service work.

Who else processes it

These providers process data on our behalf so the service can operate. Each is bound by its own contractual and security obligations.

• Supabase — accounts, authentication, and the database holding everything above.
• Vercel — hosting and serving the application.
• Anthropic — generates coaching responses and summaries.
• Google — generates AI responses where configured.
• OpenAI — generates text embeddings used for memory search, and AI responses where configured.
• Stripe — payments and subscription management.
• Resend — sends re-engagement email, when email is enabled.
• Sentry — error monitoring. Receives stack traces and the route where a failure happened. Request bodies, coaching content and profile fields are stripped before anything is sent; the only identifier included is your internal account id.

What the AI providers actually receive

We want to be precise here rather than reassuring. Before a chat message is sent to an AI provider, the service strips patterns that look like email addresses, phone numbers and a list of place names.

That filter applies to your chat message. It does not apply to your profile — your goals, challenges, emotional profile and relationship history are sent as context without filtering, because the coaching depends on them. Free text you write anywhere in the app should be assumed to reach an AI provider substantially as you wrote it.

Please do not enter other people’s full names, contact details, or identifying information.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. Delete your account and it is removed — profile, conversations, progress and insights — and that cannot be undone.

Some records may persist briefly in backups, and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your data, to object to certain processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Deletion is available directly in your profile; for anything else, contact ⟨TO BE COMPLETED⟩.

Email

If you stop using the service we may send you a check-in email. Every one of those carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all of them. Your account is unaffected.

Email needed to operate your account — password resets, payment notices — is not something you can unsubscribe from while the account exists.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary: keeping you signed in, and remembering your language. There is no advertising or third-party analytics tracking in this application, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

Children

The service is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
